I love Florida

On Tuesday I went for a long walk, from the Beach to Howard Birch Park (my favorite) and then onto Barnes&Noble and Whole Foods via some Starbucks who offer a Vivanno Smoothie here, which is milk, water a whole banana and a little chocolate with no added sugar and a dream in this weather.
